Most websites that have pre-made layouts, also have layout generators. You need to have a url for your image. My suggestion is upload it to tinypic.com, and copy the url they give. Then use it when creating your layout.

Upload them to Geocities, a Yahoo! service, and in the About code type %26lt;BODY BACKGROUND="http://www.geocities.com/use... where username is your Yahoo username and imagename.ext is your image's filename, such as flower.bmp or familyphoto.jpg.

I am sure there is someway to do that but I would just recommend trying some websites like http://comments.myspace.googlepages.com that offer MySpace Picture Comments and see if there are some pictures that you like.
