You have to create a GIF image. A regular picture is a JPEG image. You will need a program like Photoshop, or a simular program that creates GIF images. They are pretty easy to do if you have the program, you just upload the two (or as many as you want)pictures, and then it will create a GIF image. Do a yahoo search for "GIF image" and you will get more info.
