upload them to www.rockyou.com or photobucket.com for slid shows or posting on your profile. Once they are uploaded, copy and paste the code it gives you. To add one for your default pictures, go to upload/change photos on your home page. Then you just upload them from your computer.
For pictures that are on websites, find a pic you like, right click it, click on properties, copy the address info, go to www.123mycodes.com then on the right navigation menu, click random image generator. Paste the info you copied. Then click get code. Copy and paste the code on your profile.
Or you could right click the pix, save it on your computer, upload it on photobucket, then copy and paste the code.
