you cannot just put any photos on myspace you need a code they are made up just search for myspace background they will give you tons of listing for that subject once you found a photo you like click on edit profile and under say "about you" copy the code into there and click save. then click view profile and you will see the photo you have choose

what you do is you post your picture on photobucket or a site like it, then you look up a layout code with a picture in the background, copy and paste into the about me section of your myspace page, in the code will be the url of the picture on the back ground, from photobucket.com get the url for your picture and simply paste it over the layouts original url. if you have more time you can go through the layout code and try different things, if you can find the code for the font and color you can change them too. its actually not too hard just very time consuming.

ok those answers just LOOK confusing.

If you already have a layout installed, find in the html code where it looks like this:

BODY {background-color:ffffff; background-image:

url("http://the url to your pic goes here.jpg");

all you do is replace the URL of your layout's picture with the URL of your picture in that little area there. if you don't have a layout installed copy and paste that code and put your own URL in there.

you'll have to try to go to a site where you can make your own layout. then some of them say "URL of background picture" or something like that, and you can get the code and put it there, and i guess it works.

ive never really tried it though.
