Well, do get them on your "Pics" so you dont have "no photo," you click Add/Edit Photos, then browse. you have to have a picture saved to your computer for this.
To get them on your profile, upload the picture on your photobucket account. if you dont have one, make one.
How do you get your pictures on your myspace page?
first of all u need a picture that u want to upload. u can either up load it to a photobucket account or ur photo album on myspace. to get url from myspace photo album go to the picture that u uploaded and right click on it and copy the url. or go to photobucket and upload the pic and copy the url that is given and paste it in your page.
