The HTML code for an image is %26lt;img src = "image URL here" /%26gt;. Just put this code wherever you want the image to be, with a given image URL of course.
To find the URL of an image on the internet you can right click on it, go to properties, and copy and paste the Address (URL). You can do this for images you have uploaded to myspace too.
