alright go to photo bucket.com or tinypic.com. either one is a good site. got to the upload sections on one of the websites. upload your picture and if u want in you headline hit the resize button to the correct size u want it ( you prolly want it smaller so it doesn't make you page wide) and then after you get the right size copy the code for "blog and myspace" thats prolly what its says copy the code from the website and paste it into you headline.
