Alright I have a myspace. And one of my friends has a cool design around herself inside the picture. She has more pictures like it in her scroll box and when I click on it , it takes me to tinypic.com but on tinypic it doesnt show anything. Does anybody know a place that can do something like this. Or tell me how to work tinypic. PLEASE HELP.

The image was photoshopped before uploaded to tinypic, simply open ur pic in photoshop and go to town on it, put borders or frames or whatever you want around it.... then upload it where u want it
